How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days where available.
What are the delivery charges?+
Standard delivery is PKR 250 and complimentary for orders of PKR 7,000 or more. Express delivery adds PKR 300 to the standard charge.
Can I return my fabric?+
Uncut, unused fabric in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact the store before returning your order.
How much fabric is included?+
Each suit includes 4.5 metres of unstitched fabric. Please confirm the length with your tailor before ordering, particularly for larger sizes or a specific silhouette.
Will the colour match the photo?+
We aim to show every shade faithfully. Screens and lighting can create slight differences. The product gallery shows both the fabric drape and a closer look at the weave.
